Important Notes
Percentages are calculated on booking revenue after platform fees (excluding government taxes).
Cleaning fee, all linens, and towels are included in the Basic and Elite packages. Third-party costs (maintenance) are charged separately unless otherwise agreed.
Elite tier compliance and tax handling may involve third-party professionals (e.g. accountants), charged at cost.
